Mew,meow!The prince ignores that!
The son of the King became suspicious and
ordered to take the veil off the bride to see her
better; he thus discovered the plot, because the
ugly sister’s tail had grown back long enough to
cover up her eyes. The prince became furious,
went to look for Caterina and took her out of the
vat. He then ordered to tie up the old woman and
the ugly daughter and throw them straight into
the vat. And then he started to fill up that vat
with boiling oil. Fancy that! What a punishment!
Those two spiteful hags boiled and died at once,
and could not do anyone any harm any more.
Then the son of the King married the beautiful
Caterina and took her to his palace, where they
lived merrily and happily for many years.
