Said the Queen:
- Well, at any rate, you might as well try to spin
me some linen, just so you don’t get too bored.
And the old lady:
-Well why not! I’ll do as you command.
So the Queen had some linen brought to the old
hag. Once everyone had left, however, the
masquerading girl locked herself in her room,
and took off her fake hide. She spun all of that
linen so perfectly that the result was a real
wonder to behold. The King’s son, the Queen,
