           We are bickering because we each
          want to have the best part of this
          donkey – the lion said.
          -You, divide it for us – the hawk said.
          - Fine by me. – the ant said.
          The youth divided up the parts. He
          gave the lion the back, thighs and
          shoulders; the hawk the innards; and
          the ant the head. Then, when he was
          preparing to leave, the lion said:
          - Since you did good by us, I too
          want to do good by you. Take these
          two hairs of mine: should you battle
